Please print, sign and return the form to Stuart Fletcher, 38171 E. Bogert Trl. Palm Springs, CA 92264 or drop it off in the designated envelope at any Club site. Forms are also  available at Club sites.

Later, if you decide you don't want to participate, notify the Unit 533 President and your listing will be removed.
