Kent Folgate
I spent my working career with GE in the Philadelphia (Valley Forge) area designing, building, and operating spacecraft and opted for early retirement in 1994 after the Aerospace Group was sold to Martin Marietta (which was subsequently bought by Lockheed.)
I retired to West Virginia to enjoy a quiet life after years of running around for GE including assignments in Japan and Europe.
However, with my satellite dish and internet connection I still keep plugged into the rest of the world.
