Minor Suit Responses to Major Suit Openings

Second Best, but OK. With only minor suits, responder should try for a Notrump contract. If strong enough to bid the 2/1 game force, we simply bid the minor suit at the first response, even if it's quite weak. Subsequent bidding should show the feasibility of Notrump, or possibly even a minor suit game.
